Please note: we cannot deliver Double doors upstairs or lift over obstructions.
Please make sure there is a clear route for the delivery drivers.

Delivery & Installation Information
We offer both delivery, and installation services on all appliances that are purchased from us. Upon purchase you will be contacted within 24 hours by a member of our staff to confirm your delivery requirements. The options that we offer for delivery are:
We use our own fleet of vehicles, operated by our fully trained and certified staff.
Our drivers carry a mobile phone and will be more than happy to phone you either an hour or half an hour prior to arriving at your delivery address. Once you check out, you must specify if require this service in the comments box.
We can usually offer delivery within 48 hours of the order being placed, provided the item is in stock at point of order. We will contact you withing 24 hours of your purchase to arrange and confirm a deliery date.
Unless otherwise stated, we have a minimum local charge of £20, for which we will use 2 trained members of staff to deliver your appliance.
Although we try to ensure any specified delivery times are adhered to, we are not in control of traffic and cannot be held responsible for unseen delays that may occur. Therefore, any delivery times given are only approximate.
In line with Company policy, deliveries are made to the customer’s door only. Our delivery persons will be only too pleased to assist you further on the full understanding that any damage or injuries incurred will be the sole responsibility of your good self.
Health and saftey of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance. If our drivers deem it not safe to move an appliance through the property or over ground leading to the property, we will have no option other than to leave the appliance as close to the propery as they deem safe, or return the goods to our warehouse. This also includes carrying appliances up stairs.
Delivery & Installation - Electrical appliances
This service is available on the same basis as above, with the addition that a suitably trained member of staff will disconnect your old appliance (if needed) and connect your new appliance to existing connections.
Please note we do not fit or install new connections or piping - our service is straight connection to existing connection only.
Installation charges are additional to the delivery charge and can be found as an additional option in the shopping basket once you check out.
Delivery & Installation - Gas Appliances
Fitting of any gas appliance will be carried out by a fully registered Gas Safe engineer and can only be done so in line with the strict requirments of the Gas Safe rules and regulations. A cerfificate will be issued by head office usually within 7 days of fitting and posted out to yourself.
Installation Charges are additional to the delivery charge and can be found as an additional option in the shopping basket once you check out.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to no one being present at the property on the pre-arranged day, the call will need to be rebooked. This will incur a re-delivery charge.
Recyling of Old Products
In line with the Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive, Borshch offer a recycling service on old like-for-like appliances, providing that the appliance is disconnected, and emptied of any contaminants before our delivery drivers arrival. The appliance must also be suitably accessible and able to be removed in a safe manner. The charge for recycling is £10 per appliance.
